Job Description
Pareto.AI is seeking a Trust & Safety Manager to own the expert integrity function end-to-end, defining standards, building systems, and leading a team to ensure the platform remains fair, safe, and trustworthy. The role requires 6+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, integrity, risk, fraud, or investigations, and strong SQL skills. The Trust & Safety Manager will design processes with precision, lead a team with high standards, and influence a broader organization to embed T&S into its daily operations.
