Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse - Temporary Days - Devonshire at Devonshire Seniors Community, responsible for assessing, monitoring, implementing, evaluating, and documenting Resident care.
Requirements
- Current Registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta
- Certified for administration of oral medications, narcotics, and subcutaneous injections
- Completion of Physical Assessment Course
- Intramuscular injection course and certification in CPR is preferred
- RAI/MDS COMPETENCY IS REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English language
- Good knowledge, attitude, and skills in dealing with geriatric and/or physically and mentally disabled persons and their families
- Previous experience in geriatrics or long-term care preferred
Benefits
- Wage: $27.12 - $35.51 per hour
