Job Description
Parsons is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the financial health and contractual integrity of a flagship Giga-project in Riyadh, ensuring profitable, compliant, and on-track project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in commercial management
- Experience working in the Middle East (GCC), with a deep understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks and Vision 2030 project dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering
- Chartered Status (e.g., MRICS, FRICS, or equivalent) is highly preferred
- Expert-level knowledge of FIDIC forms and experience with various project delivery models (DB, DBB, PMC)
- Exceptional English verbal and written skills
