Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 15 years of related work experience in commercial management, contract procurement, and negotiation
• Regional expertise in the Middle East/GCC, specifically KSA
• Chartered Status (e.g., MRICS, FRICS, or equivalent)
• Expert-level knowledge of FIDIC forms and Design & Build contract structures
