Senior Commercial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team for a multi-billion-dollar building and infrastructure project. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive pre- and post-contract commercial management services to ensure the project's financial viability and compliance with all contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in commercial management, particularly on large-scale projects, experience in theme parks / Entertainment Industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, commercial law, and risk management principles, with demonstrable examples.
• Demonstrable knowledge of KSA Government Tenders and Procurement Law.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in financial management and cost control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and project management applications.
• Cost planning and cost estimating experience and must.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent capability in written technical skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
