Technical Support Engineer 2

As a Technical Support Engineer 2, you will help customers protect their organizations from cyberattacks by providing technical support and incident response services. You will work as a remote customer advocate, reviewing technical solution articles, participating in conference calls, and creating eServices content.

• Excellent troubleshooting and customer support skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to visualize and articulate complex problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux system administration
• Proficient knowledge of network security
• Good knowledge of network fundamentals
• Technical proficiency across windows platforms
• Strong knowledge of databases
• Configuration management Fundamentals
• Knowledge of scripting languages
• Experience with security assessment tools
• Certifications in Linux Administration, Security, Microsoft, or Networking
