Job Description
Partners Community Health is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to support its residents in its long-term care homes. The nurse will provide medication administration, narcotic control, and transcription of physician orders, among other responsibilities.
Requirements
- Current certification of competence of the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Medication Certificate which meets the College of Nurses Standards of Practice
- One year experience in a long-term care facility with knowledge and interest in gerontology
