Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience working with Salesforce as an Admin, Product Owner, or similar role
- Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and documenting business processes in a structured way
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud and how they support customer service and operational workflows
