Clinical Case Manager - Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (JR 5413)

Requirements

• Master's level credentials (MSW or MFT)
• Experience in homeless or permanent supportive services
• Knowledge of advanced and evidence-based interventions such as Critical Time Intervention, Harm Reduction, Crisis Intervention, Motivational Interviewing
• Proficiency with computers and technologies used for work outputs
• Non-judgmental and respectful approach when working with individuals who present for services with urgent and multiple case management and health needs
