Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Formulation Expert to join our team to develop and refine the Eureka Materials Agent, working closely with Product Managers and AI Engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Materials Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on formulation experience (cosmetics and chemical preferred; other industry also considered).
- Strong understanding of ingredient functionality, formulation design, stability testing, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience in product development from concept to commercialization.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
