Job Description
The UK Warehouse Manager at Pattern is responsible for the full management of warehouse operations at our UK Warehouse, ensuring the seamless receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management, including full site P&L responsibility.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics software, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of and background in Lean Six Sigma methods.
- Effective communicator with strong organizational and analytical skills.
