Head of Client Operations role involves owning client delivery, campaign performance, retention, and operational execution in a fast-scaling outbound environment. The successful candidate will take full ownership of client outcomes, campaign performance, retention, and operational delivery, working closely with the founder and other teams. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and fix campaigns, and experience in scaling client delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in cold email agencies, outbound lead generation, and startup operations, and will be comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
