Head of Client Operations

Head of Client Operations role for a fast-scaling outbound lead generation environment. The ideal candidate will own client outcomes, campaign performance, retention, and operational delivery. This is a remote, full-time position with flexible working hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning client operations, client delivery, account performance, and operational execution.
• Background in cold email agencies, outbound lead generation, high-volume outbound environments, and startup operations.
• Deep understanding of cold email strategy, inbox placement, deliverability, outbound copywriting, and outbound infrastructure.
• Ability to personally troubleshoot and fix campaigns.
• Strong understanding of APIs, automations, operational workflows, data flows, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and AI workflow systems.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Able to manage difficult conversations and performance expectations.
• Comfortable operating independently in remote environments.
• Strong operational judgment and decision-making ability.
