Requirements
- Experience leading client operations, account ownership, and delivery operations inside fast-growing startups or agencies
- Strong background in cold email, lead generation, and outbound operations
- Hands-on expertise with deliverability, inbox placement, domain warm-up, and campaign optimization
- Ability to personally troubleshoot campaigns without relying entirely on technical teams
- Strong understanding of APIs, automations, workflows, and operational systems
