Implementation Consultant

We’re hiring an Implementation Specialist to lead client onboarding, system setup, and successful product adoption. Responsibilities include guiding clients from post-sale to full implementation, configuring systems, delivering training, and ensuring a smooth go-live experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical project management
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, CRM, or ERP systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience delivering client training sessions
• Proficiency with project management tools: Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
