Business Growth Manager (Banking)

We are seeking a Business Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion in the local market in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in the payments industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of payment solutions, market trends, and the needs of businesses in this space.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience within the UK Fintech, Electronic Money Institution (EMI), or Business Banking sectors.
• Strong understanding of local and international payment rails, Foreign exchange, company card issuance, and the regulatory requirements associated with high-risk merchant categories.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial products to C-suite stakeholders and Finance Directors.
