Requirements
- Extensive experience in the payments and acquiring industry, with a deep understanding of products similar to payabl.'s offerings.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing sales teams, particularly in the UK acquiring market.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute robust sales strategies that drive revenue and market expansion.
- History of driving significant revenue growth, consistently exceeding targets.
- Strong leader who can energize teams, foster a high-performance culture, and mentor sales professionals.
- In-depth understanding of product-market fit within the payments space and the ability to position products effectively.
- Experience in high-growth environments with a focus on scaling teams and strategies.
- Strong experience working closely with Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to align sales strategies.
- Ability to navigate and lead in fast-paced, evolving industry environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the UK payments market.
