Job Description
Payhawk is seeking a Country Director for the EU (relocation to Sofia). This role involves leading and scaling revenue and commercial success across multiple European countries, directly managing a sales team, and providing strategic guidance to cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated leader with a strong desire for a dynamic tech start-up environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience of over-achievement in a senior sales role such as Country Director
- Success in launching and scaling a business in a new and competitive territory
- Experience selling SaaS products to midmarket companies (100-1000 employees) in an outbound motion
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha, Kaspr
