Job Description
Payhawk is seeking a Country Director for the EU to drive revenue and commercial success across multiple countries. The role involves leading a sales team, building a strong pipeline, and ensuring global sales strategies are implemented locally, with a focus on team growth and collaboration with other departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership style and a passion for fintech.
Requirements
- Manage country targets and metrics.
- Directly manage the direct sales team.
- Support local sales team with key initiatives.
- Implement global business strategies.
- Enforce sales playbook.
- Foster partnership between Sales and Business Development.
- Serve as a local ambassador.
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian
