Job Description
As the Merchants Operations Senior Manager, you will be responsible for our merchant and clerk satisfaction metrics. You will work with several merchants nationwide and be involved in strategic interactions and several administrative transactions that help us build successful partnerships and grow our business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administrative areas
- + 5 years of experience in similar areas, making relationships with partners and merchants and leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Used to work on fast-paced environments
