Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle experience to join our team at PayJoy, a mission-first credit provider dedicated to helping under-served customers in emerging markets. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for Engineering and Go To Market teams, with a strong understanding of the fintech industry and LATAM markets.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter hiring multi-levels of all areas (Go to market)
- Proven experience working closely with Senior Managers and Executives
- Proven experience recruiting for LATAM markets for fast paced environments/startups is a plus
- Hands-on experience with a variety of results-oriented sourcing methods
- Solid ability to screen applicants and conduct different types of interviews
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems/ATS (Lever is a plus)
- English proficiency, Portuguese/Spanish is a plus
