Job Description
The Total Rewards Program Director is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing global Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, mobility, recognition, and wellbeing programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR program management, compensation, benefits, or related areas
- Proven experience designing and managing global or large-scale HR programs
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to drive execution
- Ability to translate strategy into structured programs and operational delivery
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Global experience preferred
