The role involves implementing initiatives aligned with business goals to optimize performance, strengthen manager effectiveness, and improve employee experiences.
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a strategic HR role interfacing and influencing leadership.
- Experience leading senior leaders through various talent management processes, including performance management, talent assessments, succession planning and organization design.
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and cultivating relationships across teams.
