Pricing Director

Pricing Director to run pricing strategy with a primary focus across Paysafe, leading pricing operations and governance, complex deal support, and pricing transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree
• 6+ years of experience in pricing, commercial operations, revenue operations, or deal strategy
• Extensive technical understanding of US merchant payments and card processing
• SOX compliance awareness and own compliance queries end-to-end
• Experience in a people-leading role within pricing or commercial operations
• Strong hands-on experience with CPQ tools and pricing workflows
• Demonstrated experience with pricing governance and complex deal support
• Ability to work across consumer and merchant / B2B product environments
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
