We are currently hiring for a Relationship Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic platform partners. The role involves account management, partner satisfaction, retention, and operational stability, ensuring platforms realize consistent value from their partnership. The successful candidate will have experience in relationship management, commercial roles, and direct responsibility for managing PayFacs, MoR platforms, or other complex platform accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, or commercial roles, with direct responsibility for managing PayFacs, MoR platforms, or other complex platform accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
- Proven track record of driving revenue, upsell/cross-sell, and strategic account growth
- Solid understanding of the payments ecosystem, including processing, risk, compliance, and platform integrations
- Proven ability to manage long-term partner relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify account risks or opportunities
- Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and data/analytics tools
- Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and networking events
