Business Operations Analyst

Paystand is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to help build and strengthen the operational intelligence layer behind our payments business.

Requirements

• Build and maintain dashboards that track key payment and operating KPIs
• Analyze payment and operational data to identify performance issues and cost inefficiencies
• Develop reporting frameworks and models to help leadership understand payment economics and business performance
• Partner with Data Engineering, Product, Finance, and Payments stakeholders to improve data quality and metric definitions
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for business reviews and decision-making
• Build repeatable workflows for monitoring performance and summarizing trends
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve the speed and consistency of reporting and research
• Support scenario analysis and quantify the business impact of vendor changes and operational improvements
