Peak Management is looking for a 'ROCKSTAR' Maintenance Technician to join their team at Ramblewood Apartments, providing exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience, technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance skills.

Requirements

• Prolonged periods standing and walking
• Physical ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Ability to traverse properties with stairs and in various weather
