Maintenance Technician

Peak Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team at Ramblewood Apartments. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, have maintenance experience, and be able to work on call.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
• Drywall and painting experience is preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
