Job Description
Peak Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at Ramblewood Apartments in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers and have maintenance experience, technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance skills.
Requirements
- Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
