Job Description
As an Advanced Specialist, Sales â Higher Education, you will play a critical role in accelerating Pearsonâs Higher Education growth in Thailand, driving adoption of digital learning and assessment solutions, and creating long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- Strong Higher Education sales experience
- Strategic thinking
- Growth mindset
- Bachelorâs degree
- 5â8 years of experience in higher education sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role
- Confident engaging executive-level stakeholders and leading high-level commercial discussions
- Proven track record in solution selling, negotiation, and closing complex deals
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable spending significant time in field-based sales activity
- Strong communicator in English and effective collaborator across teams
- Comfortable using CRM and analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce); data-driven selling experience is a plus
