As a Specialist, Sales â Higher Education, you will drive growth of Pearson's Higher Education business in the Philippines by building strong, strategic partnerships with universities and key institutional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong higher education sales experience
- Commercial acumen and a relationship-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree and 5â8 years of experience in higher education sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and solution-selling skills, particularly with digital products
- Commercially minded, proactive, and disciplined in managing pipeline and forecasts
- Fluent in the local language and able to communicate effectively in English
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and analytics tools is an advantage
