Requirements

• Co-Responsible for one or more digital products with the business product owner
• Lead and manage a team of software engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Drive the software development process
• Ensure the team's productivity and efficiency
• Be the single point of contact for the owned Digital Products
• Track and report on roadmap progress, budget, and capacity allocation
• Responsible for the budget of the solution(s)
• Understand security and compliance requirements
• Act as a technical leader
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
