Job Description
The Sales Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communications.
Requirements
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs, budget, timeline, and interest level
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and re-engage inactive customers
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals (calls, appointments, show rates, conversions)
