Paintline Supervisor

Plan, organize, control and improve the materials management and production control function for the Paint Line Department. Ensure efficient workflow, minimize color changes, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years materials supervisor or manager experience
• Minimum 5 years Powder coating environment experience
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of ERP, MRP and Supply Chain Management
• Ability to Multitask and make quick concise decisions
