Job Description
Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or chat, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and escalate when necessary.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in Service Desk / Help Desk / Desktop Support
- Strong experience supporting Windows OS
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, LAN/WAN
- Hands-on support of PCs, printers, scanners, and smartphones
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent)
- Understanding of IT security policies and compliance
