Job Description
A growing, established home services company in the Chicagoland area is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead its accounting and finance function, playing a critical role in strengthening financial reporting, improving processes, and supporting continued growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
- Prior experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or senior accounting leader
