Job Description
The Corporate Counsel is a high-visibility role that handles a broad range of legal matters, reporting directly to the General Counsel. This role is ideal for a self-starter looking to accelerate their career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
- 3-5 years of legal experience, with a mix of law firm and/or in-house experience preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred, particularly with HIPAA privacy regulations
- Experience with commercial contracts (vendor, customer, SaaS, or services agreements)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills, plus attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and exercise sound judgment
- Business-minded approach—you understand that legal supports the mission, not the other way around
- Comfortable working across multiple legal disciplines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
