Director, Talent Solutions

Per Scholas seeks a Director of Talent Solutions to secure a pipeline of employers that will hire multiple Per Scholas graduates for relevant IT jobs and/or willing to pay Per Scholas for each job placement.

Requirements

• Employer Outreach
• Develop and execute an employer business development strategy
• Build relationships with prospective employers
• Negotiate and close revenue-generating opportunities
• Analyze new trends and opportunities within the industry
• Implement a local, enterprise-level strategy
• Build professional, working, and consultative relationships with clients
• Conduct job readiness assessments on learners
• Manage accounts to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Secure placements for 80% of PS graduates within 4 months after they finish immersive IT training.
• Provide personalized guidance and support to individuals regarding job attainment and career progression
• Collaborate with Talent Solutions to recommend graduates for specific job requisitions
• Conduct one-on-one sessions to address career concerns, strategize career goals, and provide ongoing support
• Facilitate connections with relevant stakeholders, mentors, and departments
• Maintain accurate records of career advisement sessions
• Provide feedback from employers to the product development team
