Per Scholas seeks a Director of Talent Solutions to secure a pipeline of employers that will hire multiple Per Scholas graduates for relevant IT jobs and/or willing to pay Per Scholas for each job placement.
Requirements
- Employer Outreach
- Develop and execute an employer business development strategy
- Build relationships with prospective employers
- Negotiate and close revenue-generating opportunities
- Analyze new trends and opportunities within the industry
- Implement a local, enterprise-level strategy
- Build professional, working, and consultative relationships with clients
- Conduct job readiness assessments on learners
- Manage accounts to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Secure placements for 80% of PS graduates within 4 months after they finish immersive IT training.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to individuals regarding job attainment and career progression
- Collaborate with Talent Solutions to recommend graduates for specific job requisitions
- Conduct one-on-one sessions to address career concerns, strategize career goals, and provide ongoing support
- Facilitate connections with relevant stakeholders, mentors, and departments
- Maintain accurate records of career advisement sessions
- Provide feedback from employers to the product development team
