Perceptyx is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager to drive measurable value, retention, and expansion across a digital portfolio of customers. The role involves combining Customer Success expertise with scalable, AI-enabled engagement to design digital touchpoints, automations, and lifecycle programs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or digital engagement in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong confidence in supporting renewals and identifying expansion paths within an existing customer base
- Familiarity with digital-first CS motions, including automations, playbooks, and automated lifecycle programs
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools for customer insights, automation, content creation, forecasting, and risk detection
- Ability to interpret product usage, health metrics, and value signals to drive action
