Job Description
Peregrine is hiring a Technical Recruiting Manager to own end-to-end recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design during a period of rapid expansion. The role requires in-office collaboration four days per week and comes with a competitive salary range of $187,031 - $240,469 Annually + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable).
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- 4+ years of recruiting management experience
- Demonstrated success leading high-profile senior or executive searches hands-on
- Track record hiring senior and staff-level engineers, PMs, and/or designers
- Experience serving as a strategic partner to senior engineering and product leadership
- Operational rigor and strong systems thinking
- Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or AI environments
