The ideal candidate has a proven track record in digital media or advertising, consistently exceeds revenue targets, and knows how to translate data into actionable commercial success.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in online advertising sales
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and the OOH landscape in Italy
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong network and reputation within the industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Business-level English proficiency
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven mindset
- Ability to generate revenue and deliver accurate forecasting and reporting
- Strong client service orientation
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Ability to represent and elevate the Perion brand in-market
- Capability to develop and execute agency strategies aligned with revenue goals
- Ability to collaborate with marketing on go-to-market initiatives and sales materials
- Strong understanding of Perion’s full solution suite and ability to present it effectively
