Job Description
Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager in restaurant operations and achieve sales and profit goals. This role involves managing staff, enforcing company policies, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring guest satisfaction, and ensuring financial accuracy. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Requirements
- One to two years previous experience in a supervisory role (food service industry preferred)
- High school diploma; some college or degree preferred
- Effective communication skills (in-person and telephone)
- Coordination skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
