Job Description
Perkins is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager in restaurant operations, achieving sales targets, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role involves training staff, enforcing company policies, and maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. The company emphasizes employee development and a strong work environment.
Requirements
- One to two years previous experience in a supervisory role; preferably in the food service industry
- High school diploma; some college or degree preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees, guests and vendors
- Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
