Job Description
This role is for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations, high service standards, and team development. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual passionate about hospitality, with a focus on guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial management. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the foodservice industry.
- High school diploma required. Some college or a degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to complete University of Perkins training and achieve ServSafe certification.
