Job Description
Perkins is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager in restaurant operations. The role involves restaurant management, staff supervision, and maintaining high guest satisfaction, adherence to company policies, and achieving sales and profit targets. Requirements
- Assist the General Manager with restaurant operations.
- Implement, manage, and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Manage cash, credit card, and gift card handling.
