Senior Recruiter (Remote)

PermitFlow is an applied AI company serving the nation's builders, tackling one of the largest information challenges in the economy. We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to help scale our team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing experience and comfort proactively building pipelines
• Experience using Ashby ATS to manage pipelines, report on metrics, and maintain clean recruiting operations
• Ownership mentality: You look for opportunities to make an impact and improve processes
