Job Description
We're seeking a Counsel, Corporate & Transactions to join our team in New York. You'll be responsible for negotiating and drafting key agreements, providing sound legal guidance, and ensuring compliance with Beverage Alcohol Laws.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate Degree
- Admission to a state bar
- Combined 5 years experience as either a practicing in-house attorney or law firm attorney
- M&A experience
- Ability to explain complex legal concepts in laymen’s terms
