Job Description
Operational Excellence Business Partner (BP) supporting departments within the Bottling & Blending function to facilitate the implementation of the TRACC Continuous Improvement program. Three main areas of responsibility: Business Support, Change Facilitation, and Training Support.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, supporting change through continuous improvement or operational excellence, ideally within the FMCG industries.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong facilitation skills and encourages creativity in individual and group settings.
