Job Description
The Operational Excellence Business Partner (BP) will support departments within the Maturation & Spirit Supply functions to facilitate the implementation of the TRACC Continuous Improvement program, leading on loss and waste analysis, providing guidance and support, and supporting the creation and implementation of standards for best practice.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, supporting change through continuous improvement or operational excellence, ideally within the FMCG industries
- Experience in Distillation or another process industry
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong facilitation skills and encourages creativity in individual and group settings
