Payroll Specialist Benelux (w/m/d)

Pernod Ricard Benelux is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist Benelux to join our HR team in Brussels. The role involves accurate and timely payroll processing, managing the Benelux car fleet, and supporting employees with HR and payroll-related questions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Payroll, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration for Belgium; Dutch payroll experience is a strong asset.
• Strong understanding of Belgian payroll legislation; willingness to build knowledge of Dutch regulations if not yet mastered (training foreseen).
• High affinity with data and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an advantage.
