VP, US Commercial Finance

As the Vice President of US Commercial Finance, you will shape the financial strategy that fuels Pernod Ricard USA’s commercial and marketing ambitions. This is a high-visibility role that influences decisions at the most senior levels, ensuring our teams have the insights, tools, and clarity needed to win in a dynamic marketplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related graduate degree highly preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience in consumer packaged goods or consulting, with deep expertise in commercial finance
• Demonstrated US market and commercial finance experience
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate insights into clear recommendations
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams
• Experience operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple priorities and complex business dynamics
